How to Protect Yourself From The (COVID-19) Coronavirus?

The well-worn Coronavirus is now a community health emergency of worldwide alarm, killing up to 3000+ people and 90,000 infected worldwide. Here’s how to protect yourself from Coronavirus and what you need to know about the disease:

What are the signs of Coronavirus?

The most common signs of new corona are runny nose, fever, trouble in breathing, and cough. It can be more severe for some people and can point to disease or breathing problems.

More rarely, the illness can be severe. A person with preexisting medical disorders (for example, diabetes and heart problems) seems to be more at risk of becoming brutally ill with the virus.

How does the Coronavirus spread?

Outbreak COVID-19 corona is a new disease, and researchers are still evaluating how it spreads from one person to another person. Yet, similar illnesses tend to an extent via cough & sneeze droplets.

When ill individual sneezes or coughs, they respite droplets of saliva or mucus. These dewdrops can fall on people in the vicinity and can be either straight breathe in or select up on the hands then shifted when somebody touches their face, affecting infection.

For flu, some hospital procedures explain disclosure as existence within eight feet of an infected individual who sneezes or coughs for more than 10 minutes.

It also spread through drips on surfaces touchdowns like desks in school, seats on trains, or local buses. That is the main transmissions route how long viruses survive on exteriors.

Now, how to protect yourself from it?

Use clean and running water to wash your hand and apply soap or other liquid.

 

Use tissue paper or napkin to cover your mouth and nose while you cough and sneeze. Throw used tissue or towel in the dustbin and washed your hands.

 

Facemask is the solution to protect you from corona as the block liquid drops. But, not provide full safety because they do not block some smaller particles which are passing through the material of the mask. Some viruses can infect people through the eyes.

Take early medical treatment if you have fever, cough and breathing difficulty, and tell a story about your travel history to your caretaker.

Avoid visiting live markets in affected areas as well as unprotected contact with live animals.

If you have visited the affected area in the last month, then avoid meeting with other peoples and stay indoors for 15 days. That means not going to the workplace and the public sector.

Do not leave your home if you are infected and develop a high temperature, runny nose, sore throat, or breathing difficulty. Take legal advice from your doctor and do as he/she say. (TectUs Blog)
